I hope everyone is staying warm! Here are a few updates for the auction....
Tickets
The boys' baseball team is tasked with buying at least 32 tickets, but that should be easy because the auction is a great night out and we look forward to seeing many of you there! Additionally, we want to ensure our coaches are taken care of by providing them with tickets so they can attend the event as well. If you would like to sponsor a coach, please let us know!
There will be 3-5 corporate tables for purchase for $1000 per table (10 seats) These are the only sit-down tables at the Auction.
Each ticket includes entrance to the event, food, and drinks. Tips and the Heads or Tails 50/50 are not included so make sure to bring cash to the event as well. Tickets can be purchased using this link or the QRL below.
Basket Items
We are almost done collecting items for the baskets. We have a few more gift cards to purchase, so if you still want to help out, we would appreciate it! Venmo: @karen-tyler-3 (last 4: 6700) We will be creating the baskets this week so if anyone has a basket, ribbon, cellophane etc.... please let us know and we can arrange a time to pick it up.
