Annual Diamond Classic Golf Tournament

Our charity golf tournament is coming together nicely, and we’re excited about the momentum we’ve built so far. Right now, we have 16 foursomes registered and 6 sponsors on board, but we need a strong push over the next 10 days to get us where we need to be.

We’re asking for help from our parents, families, and supporters in a few key areas:

Golfers -  we are aiming to add 9 more foursomes

Our goal is to register 25 foursomes (100 golfers). If you golf, know someone who does, or have a group that would enjoy a great day for a great cause, please help spread the word and sign up. https://chaparral-diamond-classic.perfectgolfevent.com/

Hole Sponsors - we have 10 holes open for hole sponsorship

For $1,500, a hole sponsor receives:

• One foursome in the tournament

• Special recognition and advertising

• The ability to set up on their hole and hand out items

• A tax deduction

This is a great opportunity for local businesses or families looking to support the program while gaining visibility.

Silent Auction Donations

We are still gathering silent auction items and could really use help securing additional donations. If you have already collected items, could you please email me at triphumphrey@yahoo.com to let me know what you will be bringing so we can prepare the paperwork for that item ahead of the auction? 

For those who can help with gathering additional donations, some ideal items include:

• Spa services

• Restaurant gift cards

• Landscaping services

• Sports tickets

• VRBO or weekend getaway stays

• Other goods or professional services

If you own a business, work with one, or know someone who might be willing to donate, we would love those introductions.
